Dickin Arms |
This is
a pleasant and well patronised village pub. The Dickin Arms has a beer garden and car park and three real ales - the
two we tried were really tasty. Food is served and there is a restaurant area.
The pub has a comfortable and contemporary feel to it - nicely appointed. Situated off the A528
Shrewsbury to Ellesmere road on the B4397. Tel - 01939 233471. Visited Apr

comments:-Many, many years ago Loppington had another pub - the
Blacksmiths Arms, now a thatched house. Three real ales were available, I chose the Rowton Bitter which is a local ale and was in excellent condition. Good selection of food with an offer of two or three courses in priced steps, or individually priced. All of the group were very pleased with the meal and found the landlord and staff to be very helpful and friendly - Sep 2013 |
