The pub is divided into two, with a bar and pool table and also an Indian restaurant attached - the Mumbai Lounge. No longer any real ale. Car park. Situated on Market Drayton Road. Tel - 01939 250205. 
Readers comments - Comfortable inside with plenty of settees and easy chairs. It was quite busy with customers drawn from the adjoining bowling green. Only one beer available on the night although there is provision for two others - Apr 2011

Re-opened in 2008 after a major renovation. Light, modern and airy gastro pub - with pictures adorning every wall. 4 real ales on offer. Food served. Large car park. Drew up at 10:03 pm on a Tuesday night, the pub was empty and the lights were immediately extingushed - regret we were unable to discover what beers were dispensed - Apr 2011
